"This place was like a dream it was better than I expected. Everyone from the front desk to the people cleaning were all so friendly so helpful. We got a lot more from the guys at the bar his name is Jesus very nice guy and Angela who cleaned our room very good. Thank you to all."

"I can honestly can not find anything negative to say about Ahau. It really was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing, the room was amazing. Entire hotel was amazing. Service was top notch. The ocean was full of sea weed but the hotel was so good at cleaning it up from the beach. These guys work very hard. It takes them hours to clean the sea weed.

"I got full princess Jasmine vibes staying here it was stunningly beautiful. I opted to stay here since I wanted to relax and unwind it peace and quiet and that’s exactly what this delivered. The place is clean and no complaints on that. There was a lot of sagrado upon my stay BUT nothing hotel could do we just went on bad timing. Things I do think facility could improve on is the overall pool it was quite small as a 5’6 & 6ft couple we didn’t much enjoy the pool as we felt we couldn’t stand on...
"The Staff , was the most attentive, I’ve experienced in all my global travels. The Cenote, was beautiful, transformative, haha. The food , the room , jacuzzi were awesome as well . The one negative for me was the music , from surrounding properties, made it hard for me to sleep . My Partner had no issues , said she slept well. "
