"Staff were lovely on check in. The shower was poor quality, the beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise from other guests. The rooms seemed to be clean though. "

"Lovely Hotel. I have stayed here before as it’s a great location for the icc and the arena. The staff are really friendly and the beds comfortable. The rooms are a good size and everything feels looked after"
