"Excellent stay and very attentive staff!"

"Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. "The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we cannot thank them enough. The pool/spa area was great. The massage I had was just amazing. I highly recommend this hotel."
