We were put in Building B where there is no elevator. It’s one set of steps but with knee issues. They were willing to give me a smaller room bed in Building A which had an elevator.

No staff on site at all for check-in or security purposes, or anything else. Lobby locked with no amenities. Insects in the bathroom, street level room access made me uncomfortable, safety wise.
