Narrow stairs up and tiny shower.

Beautiful unit with enough beds for the family. Points off for comfort because one of the air conditioning units barely cooled,so the loft beds were unbearable hot. One of the showers was extremely impractical unless you are under 5 feet tall, and it made a mess splashing water everywhere. The refrigerator is very small so only big enough for a few small bottles. However if you are traveling in nicer weather it’s a good central place to stay.

This appartment was a little oasis in the big city. It's not a luxurious experience, but if you are traveling with a family and need a place to stay, this is a great place to stay. We are a family of 7, and the prices for our size of family are outrageous in Rome. Dadi Monti Inn was such a great price that my wife couldn't believe it. The appartment is in a road that almost no cars drive by. The kitchen window have an unexpected nice view to a little garden with a lemon tree and you can enjoy the sound of birds as you have breakfast. It was really close to the trainstation, groceries and restaurants. The customer service was great and they alwasy answered fast to my messages. Next time I go to Rome, this place will definetely be the first I will look for.

AMAZING PLACE!!!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! My wife and I, along with our three daughters, stayed here, and it was truly the highlight of our 21-day trip across Europe. The room was fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-equipped—but what truly made this experience unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. The manager wasn’t just helpful—he was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He provided thoughtful recommendations, checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and treated us with such warmth and kindness that we felt genuinely cared for. Traveling as a family of five, we truly appreciated his attentiveness, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like being hosted by a close friend. The location was also unbeatable. It was so central that, except for the Vatican City, we explored all of Rome entirely on foot without needing public transportation. This made our trip even more enjoyable and convenient. Without a doubt, this was the best accommodation of our journey. No other stay made us feel this welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to sleep, but a truly memorable experience. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Not a family friendly place lots of late night noise. So if you can’t sleep easily, don’t stay here. Hot water was not consistent so cold showers happen. Parking is a nightmare! There is not parking anywhere. Do not take a car here.

House was in a good location but thats about to only positive thing about it. Two of the beds were loft beds and ended up being really cramped. But the worst was by far the bathrooms. The main bathroom had black mold growing all along the shower and both the showers had cloth shower curtains causing discoloration and a constant mildewy smell.

Property needs a lot of work. Back bed room bathroom shower is so small and hardly able to use. The shower head hits the ceiling. Bathroom cabinets are in bad shape, place looks old, very hot inside, there is 2 a/c but don’t work, it’s possible that the units are to small for the place, but I think one a/c has an issue. We had to go to hotel across the street on the second day cause it was just to hot. Not to mention there is stairs which is hard to bring up all the suitcases, we also got rude faces by the residents that live there.

O Apartamento é antigo mas limpo, espaçoso e funcional! Muito bem localizado, a poucos minutos da estação termini, do coliseu e dos restaurantes de monti! A região tb tem muitos brechós (vintage) ótimos para achados no precinho! Anfitrião atencioso e gentil! Tinha tudo oque precisamos e tudo funcionou bem!
