Lots of space for the three of us. Excellent location to walk to all the sight seeing spots. The description on Expedia did say breakfast was included but it was not. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise the place was clean and just what we needed to make our Roman holiday enjoyable!

Great location to explore Rome

This "hotel" is in a great location. You can walk to all the key sites within Rome. From the Vatican to the Colosseum. These converted apartments are decently spacious and have two key amenities (AC and a lift) that make the stay easier. Only disadvantages were that the extra beds in the Family Room are very small and parking is not great as the recommended parking garage isn't the easiest or cheapest to use.

Pictures in listing were not representative of property. Room was extremely small. The “residence” was inside an apartment building and the rooms were subdivided into smaller rooms. Front desk was not accessible. I was emailed prior to the stay to reach out to an individual Mikaela regarding the check in process. I reached out to her both via text and email and did not hear back. Upon arrival, around 4pm front desk was already done for the day so I had to call Mikaela for further check instructions. Once in the room the bathroom floor was disgusting (pictured versus the wall to show) and the room had enough room for just a bed.

Situated 5 minutes from Castel Sant Angelo.Walking distance to major sites (Vatican, Trevi, Spanish Steps etc..) Beautiful building, our rooms were as expected. Clean and charming. The staff was friendly and accommodating. 20 minute walk to Trastevere where we found great restaurants. Will definitely stay there again!

Location, location, location - view to the angels palace, every point of interest can be reached by foot, breakfast in the Cafe nearby is good as a starter in the day - sometimes at night it is becoming a bit noisy, but this is caused by the traffic in the streets in the city center...

Hotel has two properties, one down the street and guesthouse with 5 rooms on corner of same street. Rooms are on lower level facing street which is real noisy. Bed was really comfortable but overall room was not good

Property is great other then the bathroom as it is vaulted down and the door is also vaulted down. If you are over 5 feet it’s difficult without hitting your head. Shower ceiling needs refreshing and shower head kept slipping down. Other than the bathroom property is excellent and staff are great. Location is great minutes away from Vatican City. Joshua was great in assisting us with a taxi as the trains were on strike. Great guy!!!

An absolutely must stay! This lovely property was spacious and literally in the middle of everything! We walked to the Vatican, Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and many other fabulous landmarks. Excellent restaurants all around the area! If I could give 10 stars I would. Fabulous staff. Will be returning!!

We had a lovely stay at La Residenza dell'Angelo. It is situated in such a convenient spot for walking to the big sites in Rome. The dining options within 10 minutes of the location are fanastic and varied.

This place was misrepresented. The photos did not match up with our accommodations. It was shabby, not clean in the second room our girls were in, the shower leaked. Tiles cracked in bathroom, shower door looks like it hasn’t been clean in months. The bathroom in the second bedroom was ridiculously small, knees hit wall when on toilet, shower did not work. I was not happy at all, no one around to talk to. When calling, never answered. The only good thing about this place was the location. I would not recommend anyone stay here. I feel like I was ripped off-should have charged $100/night not over $250. The closet in the loft had creepy dolls and a storage tote under a bed. Also one of the rooms was locked unable to use the whole facility.
