"Lovely olde world pub-restaurant. Excellent food, both breakfasts and evening meals.This is a real heart of the community pub, with lots going on, including a Petanque match, when we were there. Check-in at the bar was easy. The service was very friendly and excellent throughout. A well stocked bar, including a local beer, 'Gem' by name and 'Gem' by nature. The en-suite double room was clean and comfortablebut you are better off relaxing in the bars downstairs, where there was two dining lounges...

"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Very friendly, available and helpful. Accommodated my husband's knee issues by putting us on a floor which didn't require too many stairs. A very special location, right next to the entrance to the cathedral in a central square. The continental breakfast was outstanding with beautiful fresh fruit, yogurts etc. We enjoyed the little bar at the end of the day, where we could overlook the square in comfortable seats. I would definitely stay here again. "
"This hotel was a little out of the way, so you’ll have to use taxis for
Transport. They were very accommodating when we arrived early and they got us all checked in. The property was well maintained and the room was a nice size. The staff were helpful and managed all us cruise passengers even though there was a lot of us. I would stay here again. Dover is a beautiful town. "

"My check in was Wednesday at 3pm but I arrived at 12pm on the day of my sons graduation on the 17th of September and the young man on reception was so accommodating in going out of his way in providing me an area to get dressed and freshen up after my 5 hour drive. Our room was perfect, clean lovely Seaview oh but the windows actually needed a jolly good clean and the hotel is in a really good position just to go walking to the shops and to the Lower Leas which was absolutely stunning as was the Upper Leas, so yes it was all good! 😁"
