"Our host Raphael was wonderful. He met us at the apartment and assisted with our luggage. He was willing to answer any questions during our stay. The place itself was very clean and included all the basic kitchen amenities. It’s in a convenient location with many places to eat that were great and at a reasonable price. If someone has mobility issues, this place may be difficult as it’s on the fourth floor with steep stairs. There is no elevator. "

Clients need to know that checkin is at the nearby Hotel do Norte, and that luggage needs to be carried up one flight to the lift after entering the apartment building. We were grateful for quick response to service requests and having washer, cooktop, microwave and refrigerator."
