When we got into the room, it appeared to be clean, until we pulled back the covers, only to find pubic hair in the sheets. We immediately left & told the front desk, she was unable to give me a refund & it took me fighting with hotels.com & the hotel manager LeBron for 4 days, before a refund was finally issued!
