"Excellent"

"I found the hotel very cool and interesting, comfortable and clean. The area it was in was great! The only issue is that The lighting in the entry way made it quite difficult for the tablet to read the QR code for check in but eventually got past that ."

"Great location."

"I was super surprised by the quality of the room and property for the price. The floor I was on had an onsen and there was complementary amenities available also. The staff was super nice. The only thing is it is located quite aways from the stations so its a bit of a walk."

"Had a pleasant stay here. The location is pretty much unbeatable. Don’t think you could get any closer to the train station. The layout and design of the rooms is where this hotel really shines. It is very thoughtfully designed so there is a LOT of storage and places to put your suitcases. "Very well located but the hotel was much pricier than the other hotels we stayed at thoughout our trip. Not worth the extra cost in my opinion."

"Locations is not conducive for traveler who want to see top 10 sights Taxi will cost you 10000 yen a day to get to any place of interest Spa and swimming pool are great, Restaurants wonderful View from the room is one of a kind"

"Awesome place"

"This is a very basic hotel in a great location. The bed linens are cheap synthetic materials that don’t breathe so you wake up sweaty every morning. Our room had visible mold growing on the ceiling around the AC duct. The housekeeping staff does not make beds or tidy rooms, only provides new towels upon request. No yea or coffee provided in the room. There is a washer/dryer in every room which is probably the only redeeming quality. I wouldn’t stay there again but my husband says he would."

"Great location- liked the 1br suite, includes wet bar and snacks as well as nice breakfast options."

"いつもお世話になっています。"

"Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels"
