"Stayed in an executive room. V roomy by Tokyo standards. Exec lounge was fantastic...nice views, good food and staff. St George's bar staff were v helpful, concierge extremely helpful. If ever back in Tokyo would stay again. High floor good views."

"This hotel was exactly what we needed after a long 14 hour flight. After we got off the plane, there was a direct shuttle to this hotel which was awesome! The staff at hotel was fantastic. We got tricked by the buffet dinner service though!! It is extremely expensive and as foreigners who were exhausted, had just arrived and we're starving, we had the buffet dinner and it was 100,000 yen in total!! "Urban vibe decor, very eco friendly facility. Lots of nice amenities. Staffʻs english is great! The airport shuttle was exactly on time, so go to the meet area and actively seek out the driver holding the hotelʻs signage. Shuttle times are set times only, be sure to check the shuttle times. (not like america where it might be ʻon demandʻ via a phone call to the front desk or ʻevery 20 minsʻ). Absolutely recommend!"

"This has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are super friendly and speak great English as well. The hotel is in a perfect area to enjoy shinjuku and has access to food and subway stations within 3 minutes. The breakfast in the morning is great as well. I recommend the suite rooms as there is plenty of space to enjoy and lots of little things that make a difference. Book this hotel and you will be happy. Nola on staying at this hotel every time I go to Tokyo. "
