"Very old traditional Ryokan. Beautiful garden/riverside views. We did not realize that there are no private baths - that was a big surprise but we were only there one night so it wasn't that problematic. Staff were very accommodating and Google Translate made communication very easy."

"We had an amazing time here but they could've provided better food options considering how remote the location is and there weren't any restaurants nearby! Check out was also an hour earlier than most of the hotels we stayed at. "

"The employees at this hotel are so friendly and nice! The free shuttle bus and car was very convenient as well. As soon as we arrived to the hotel from the shuttle bus, the staff sat us down in the lounge and we were able to get drinks ans snacks! Check in was quick. I stayed in the private onsen room and it was great, room was big and clean! "
