"Room was beautiful, staff were fantastic and the food was great. Lots of options for restaurants. Book restaurants when you arrive so can get in if busy. The atmosphere and entertainment was great. We had a swim up room that we enjoyed thoroughly as the pool off our deck was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable and we would recommend El Dorado Royale to anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful all inclusive resort.

"Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly.
The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch. "

"Jättefint hotell med stora rum och ytor. Vi bodde i en tre sovrums penthouse med grill och jacuzzi på takterrassen. Läget är perfekt med närhet till både havet och nöjen. Ungdomarna i familjen uppskattade tillgång till bra gym i huset. Poolen var perfekt att tillgå när man behöver svalka sig lite. "
