"Very cheap materials used to build, banged up and ill fitting doors, leaky plumbing, slippery shower flooring. Paper thin walls. Was there 3 nights and there was no maid service at any time, staff was almost non - existent. Breakfast area was way too small, food was cold. Beds were comfy, but that was the only good thing. Do not recommend."

"Not impressed with reception when we arrived. We checked in on-line before arrival, which did not save us any time at all in getting our room key. No friendly welcome by staff. Given an accessible room for some reason. It was not requested nor was it required. No closet, no mirror in room, only in the bathroom.
Traffic noise and guests stomping around in room above ours made for very little sleep. Easy off and on to highway, so very convenient for overnight stop on road trip. Close to numerous...

"Very clean and well maintained which is great because this is a newer property. All the rooms come with a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes and silverware. I believe this hotel is considered more of an extended stay so that's the reasoning for the full kitchen which we absolutely loved! Of course there was also a microwave. It's convenient to shopping, and dining in the Rochester New York area specifically Greece New York. Again there really isn't anything bad I can say about our stay...
