Quality Inn West Springfield
Interesting layout with the hotel connected to a japanese restaurant. Generally, the building and its hallways/carpeting look old and a bit worn, however the Rooms were very clean with updated bathrooms and sufficient amenities (refrigerator etc).

We asked for more towels. We had 3 people in the rook and they only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. They do not understand English.
