"Great kickback bar. Helpful staff."

"Erika at front desk was amazing"

"Stayed 1 night for a concert. Typical charges for parking and amenities which will be extra. Walking isn't very friendly to amphitheater even though it's in the same area, would take 30 minutes and not a designated walking area for it. Basically you pay parking twice either for a shuttle or driving to park there. No soap, use body wash. A little overpriced IMO. Bed was nice and comfortable. Hotel very clean and not smokey which is nice. No pool and no free breakfast. We ate at the Italian...

"I liked everything"

"Nice hotel with very helpful and accommodating staff at the front desk, room service and when calling with questions. If you’re in tower two, expect a little bit of a walk to get to your room. Ice machine was broken and had to call room service to get ice on my floor. Overall, a good experience and the food from room service was very good. If you like old-fashioned traditional hotels where you can actually get a full meal delivered to your room this might be it for you. It is also within walking...

"Good"

"I was kind of worried staying here, especially with the deal that was going on but truly no regrets. Upon check in, they had multiple staff members available which is uncommon these days and they were nice. We booked a regular king suite and it was huge and spotless! They have an indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi available, they were huge. We did stay during the week so the restaurants were not operating at they do on the weekends but they still have a little “deli” available all night with some...

"Will definitely come back."

"Excellent"

"The room was fine, the bed was extremely comfortable. Ample free parking was nice too. The TV was super tiny (19" maybe) and only had Spectrum TV. There was no on-screen channel guide, so you had to go channel by channel to see what was on and had no idea what was coming on. No option to use any other streaming services like Netflix or Prime Video. In-room safe was broken, fridge was tiny, no in-room microwaves. I had to go down to the lobby to use the microwave and heat up food. The list of...

"Only real issue was shower door and glass was not very sturdy and the door didnt stay closed."
