The manager came and picked us and our luggage up at the train station prior to realizing how close it was to the BLM Station. The room has 5 balconies, a kitchen and a terrific design. "The family room was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunk beds with privacy curtains, the arcade in the room was lots of fun and the views of the lauterbrunnen valley and mountains were spectacular. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the train station. The pool area was fantastic and we just wished it was open later than 8pm"

"My family and I really enjoyed the family suite for 3 nights. It was quiet and private, and spacious enough for us 5. The beds were very comfortable.
