"Nice hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were good. My only complaint is there are no in-room safes and no daily housekeeping. I don’t necessarily need my room cleaned every day but I would like fresh towels daily. Having said that, housekeeping is provided on request but I felt like a bother to request it daily. "This is our second year staying for The Summit at Disney. Great value, love the 2 room suite so the kids can have their own room and eating area. Loved watching the fireworks from the fireworks view room. We feel like this is a hidden gem!"

Large hotel, lots of large groups seem to frequent the hotel due to its close proximity to Celebration Station, for that reason I wouldn't stay again in this area, the pool area seems enjoyable as well as the outside seating available for overflow at breakfast. "You get what you pay for as the saying goes. Upon arrival the front desk was too busy texting to help me. The laminate flooring throughout allowed you to hear every one walking in the halls. Laminate in the room was scuffed up. Towels were so thin it was difficult to even use to dry off. The humidity in the room was horrible. 3 days and swim suits still weren't dry. Breakfast did have waffles. Eggs and sausage were cold, nothing else really of interest. Churros for breakfast??? Don't...

"This visit was not as good as my prior stay. Room was stuffy with poor internet connection on the tv. Staff made customers wait to be seated for breakfast even though it was half empty. Took a long time to get my check in the bar. Only 2 people checking in guests on a busy Saturday so there was quite a line. Breakfast food was great and bar drinks were great."

"It was a quiet location , and only 10 minutes drive to epcot, the bathroom shower head was partially plugged, when the air-conditioning came on it sounded like a helicopter taking off at times. The first thing they did was offer a time share presentation for two hours, to get some free stuff . We went and almost 6 hours later, the presentation was over, it was the first day of our vacation and we were tired, they held on to our driver's license until we finished the presentation.
