The property met our expectations for the price we paid. It's a little worn but no issues. Room was spacious and clean. Didn't expect any better. Felt safe!

We stayed here to kick off our Anniversary Roadtrip through New England. It was a friendly welcome by staff, a decent and comfortable room, and the location was great for the Aquarium and Olde Village. Very walkable and parking is convenient. Room was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here ...

Best Western Mystic Hotel
Dirty sheets, loud bed frame, dripping faucet, and children are allowed to run around and scream all night into the early morning. Thin walls. Staff was nice!

Hilton Garden Inn Preston Casino Area
Very friendly staff and helpful! Enjoyed our stay close to Foxwoods! Only thing is I heard about a shuttle to Foxwoods from an employee from Foxwoods not sure if that is still happening! But if so would be great if hotel staff would've just mentioned it so we could've known !
