"The rooms were very clean and they don't clean your room unless asked which I liked. The property has just undergone a referbisment and change in ownership. The new owner is very friendly and helps out around the hotel and restaurant which is really nice to see. The AC and heat work well, just took a minute to figure out how to set the controls. For women, the black makeup cloth was fantastic."

"We booked two rooms for our most recent stay at this hotel, which is our "go to" when we're in London. The staff were very courteous, house cleaning was fine, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. We were also able to get early check-in for one of the rooms which was really helpful given that we had a mid-afternoon funeral visitation on the first day of our stay. No complaints!"
