"The studio was ok but virtually all of the photos were not of the studio but of other listings which looked much nicer than the one I booked. Very disappointed that parking was not listed as first come first served, so I had no parking. Residence did not reply to any messages through the contact property link but they were helpful when I managed to phone them."

"Property is very run down and in need of maintenance as well as a deep cleaning. Staff were less than helpful. The fire alarm in my room went off from a boiling tea kettle and when they came to investigate they told me to use the kettle on the other side of the room. Not sure where they wanted me to use it as the room was small and I used it where they had the coffee station set up. I had used the prior evening with no issues.

"We stayed for 5 days in Oxford on a family trip. We chose the hotel because of its location, and it was definitely the best decision: the location is great, right in the heart of the city! We were able to walk almost everywhere.
