"APA hotel used to provide bottled water but not anymore. Also I forgot the members card so check out was at 10am. Other then that it was ok. I wish the pool on the roof was open year round or they should used that space for something else if it's not open all the time. Staff was helpful."

"The staff were very helpful, excellent for non Japanese speakers looking for a good and clean hotel. My only problem with the place are the coin operated laundry, primarily the fact that tye don't do a good job at drying your clothes. Additinally, the breakfast isn't worth it at all. You're better off going to the nearby café for some food. Aside from that, everything else was great!"

"The location is great 5-10 min walk to about 5 different train lines. Rooms are big for Tokyo and clean with free water daily. It’s also very quiet, we never heard anyone else on our floor coming or going. And the staff are very friendly as well. Laundry room was a nice touch with machines that wash/dry in one and dispense their own detergent."

"Fabulous hotel with super friendly staff. Amenities adequate. Too bad there wasn't a restaurant offer for breakfast. What was offered was not to our liking. Close to stations which was perfectly situated. I'd recommend for sure. "

"I initially gave 4 stars but would’ve been extremely unfair due to what this hostel provides for its price. Men and women areas are separate, including elevator so gives a lot of privacy. Men do not have access to women’s floors and vice versa! Super cool Showers are on the second floor and are spacious. Also, plenty of them. It was very clean. There is an area to hangout and some countertops so you can eat. The check in was very disorganized and not efficient. I had to wait 20 min. Also, zero explanation about the hotel. She just gave the key and told me about the elevator and lockers. The room was pretty awesome and location is superb! They give a bag with personal hygiene items which was very nice! The bed and pillow aren’t the best and ventilation inside the capsule is basically inexistent. Overall, a great option and affordable price."
