"This hotel is conveniently located. It has a subway station nearby and it is within walking distance to dontobori area and Namba. It has a nice view at night. The only downside is that the lobby is located on the 22nd floor. You take two elevators to get to your room."

"They should have made it clear that a train runs close by. They assigned me such room and I refused I was given a different room. Also, one of the main reason I booked that hotel was the view they used in advertising. In order for you to enjoy the view, you would have to buy from their restaurant. It is not something you can just enjoy."

"two groups of family stayed here for 5 nights. everyone love it here. very convenience. 7-11 inside the building, shopping and restaurants are in walking distance. bus station to airport is across the street from the hotel. a lot more simpler to ride a bus to the airport than riding the train. love the sauna and spa. Will Def. stay here again."
