"My second stay at this hotel in as many years. Food is varied and fresh, staff are pleasant, the junior suite is perfect for familes with the separate sleeping and storage areas. "My first impression was a rude front desk person at check-in - don't they know this is what guests walk away with? She was asking for registration/reservation number from Hotels.com, something I have never encountered in all the years of using this site. Passport apparently was not enough, I had to download the email from Hotels.com and email it, and when my partner asked for the Wifi so he could look if he had what she wanted, she snapped for him to wait.
