"Fantastic location and helpful staff. Located in Namba but a bit further south, so it has the closeness to Dotonburi and Namba without being right in the action. Walking to Dotonburi only takes 15 minutes or so and there are walkable options for subway stations to get around. Was able to easily get around Osaka and travel to Kyoto for day trips from here. Hotel is clean and comfortable."

"This hotel was located at the Kyobashi station so it was extremely convenient to get around anywhere in Osaka. The staff was amazing, my Japanese was very limited but they were able to understand me, the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and the view from the 15th floor was amazing!
