"We initially requested to be moved to Tower III due to ongoing issues with the elevator in Tower I. Upon transfer, the room in Tower III appeared fairly clean. However, on our third day, we requested housekeeping service, and upon returning, we found the room had not been cleaned properly. The beddings were not changed, the floors were not vacuumed, and there were still visible hair strands and small pieces of tissue on the floor. Additionally, we discovered a water leakage issue in the living...
