"The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at the other guests. Not worth the money. Worst bed I have ever slept on, the view from the penthouse was also not good."

"The decor was wonderful. My room was clean and quiet. However the door deadbolt didn’t work. Also, having an early check in might be good when folks are traveling long distances so they can freshen up easier. "

"Excellent staff, great location, quiet room (though next to lift) and perfect amenities! Started w/2nites and extended to 4. They even offered to keep one of my bags so I’d be more likely to rebook on my return to London i n 5 days. I tried! Not available because of occupancy and the marathon : ) Please thank them! "It's nice enough for a short break and centrally located. However, the rooms are small, the bed was basically the width of the room and up against the window. If you're staying as a couple and prone to needing the loo in the night, you may need to climb over your partner. If you're on that side there is nowhere to put stuff or plug stuff in. There were a few finishing touches missing like the ends of the rails for the sliding doors. You can't fill the sink and there's no fridge or safe. The...
