"Excellent & friendly staff. Superb location to Gloucester St tube station. Plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc nearby. The floor we stayed on had a strong mildew smell, however. Our room was clean, but the bathroom needed better cleaning, in terms of mold on grout/caulk area. Overall, it's a nice, functional and convenient place to stay. Could it be better? Sure. However, I'd recommend the hotel. "

Algo a tomar en cuenta es que en la habitación con una cama y 1 baño, hay poca privacidad entre el baño y el resto de la habitación, por lo que solo lo recomendaría para parejas. "The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache.
