"The place has potential but it’s not quite there yet. Our room was at the back of the property behind a unit that was being built and worked on so we had to walk through a construction area. The room was plain and almost seemed like an afterthought. No character like the other rooms. We complained about our room to no response. "One of the things I liked about staying at Palmarito was that they include round transportation and you don’t have to pay the Port fee since the boat doesn’t leave from la Bodeguita. The property as a whole is very nice and looks safe. However, it’s a private beach but you still have outside vendors harassing you to buy stuff just like public beaches. Lunch wasn’t great! It is a “buffet” but you can only go one time and they will do it for you! Lunch is like $40,000 cop per person.
