"I have stayed at other Drury Inn locations before, including one in St. Louis that set a very high standard, so I came into this stay with positive expectations. Unfortunately, this location felt a couple of levels below what I’ve come to expect from the Drury brand. "Came with a kitchen and living room"

"Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious"

"Only one staff member working the front desk with no other employees around to answer any questions or help. Pull out sofa bed he'd had no sheets or pillows. Had to ask and at least got sheets. Room was very small and sink for the bathroom was directly in front of the bed. Pool was having chemicals added during the day so no swimming. (The main reason we picked that hotel) Also wasn't ready by the next morning before checkout. Will not stay again."

"The pool was very small and was only 5 ft deep. The breakfast was not good they didn’t have eggs, bacon, they had premade eggs omelet, hard cinnamon rolls, and no fresh made oatmeal as well even though it was shown online. We stayed 2 days our room was not cleaned we had to ask for towels and linen for our pull out couch. Overall I was very disappointed with the hotel holiday inn used to be amazing now it’s not so sad."

"Hardly any beers were available at the lobby Shop. A can of local beer cost $7.61. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was absolutely abysmal. You can’t out on your makeup except by the bedroom window in the daytime. The water pressure at the sink is quite low, so it’s hard to wash up. Signage for the Restaurant would be nice. The staff were very nice and helpful."

"I asked 3 times on Friday, starting g in the early AM, for my room to be serviced. I was heading out early and would be back at noon. Never was serviced. Asked again, left again, still wasn’t serviced. Saw your housecleaning team in the hall, asked them to service again as they were on the 1st floor, still didn’t service. The 1st room I checked into smelled like mildew and the bathroom door was broken. They moved me. Stilled smelled like mildew, but at that point just wanted a room. Then it...
