"Under construction- the whole place. Entrances, hallways, common areas. Nearly tripped over communication cable in the hallway. Walked through filth to the elevators. Most of the sidewalks are missing panels and aren't fully accessible. We were in a finished room and it was actually nice. However, i work construction. I know from experience that phasing matters. Trying to do everything at once is irresponsible and unprofessional. Its a hotel- guest access, safety, and comfort should be at the...

"The stay is always nice. This is our second stay here. This time though, 1 set of elevators were broken so there was a lot of wait time at the only set that worked. Very minor thing as the rest of the stay was fantastic. I had my elderly mother with us and there wasn't ever an open handicap spot open."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The facility itself is on the older side, but it was clean and well-maintained. While it may not feel modern, it was comfortable enough for what we needed. Overall, a decent stay thanks to the great service."

"After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice."

"It was a solid airport hotel I would recommend. Hotel shuttle picks up and returns you to the airport. Breakfast in the morning. Nice front desk gal. Clean rooms, AC worked. Hand soap was missing but I know that was an oversight. Very few dining options in the area, especially at night, FYI. "

"This is a nice hotel. However, it feels rather dated compared to the multiple newer, looking hotels in the immediate neighborhood. The rooms need refreshing the bathrooms need updating. There is a restaurant, but the prices were a little steep, but the front desk Staff were accommodating."
