The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

"I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!"

"Very dirty place i know is an affordable place but the lack of hygiene was insane towels and bathrooms were full of Pubic hair and stains. I went to request for new towels they said the towel storage room is closed and that you get for what you paid for . Very disgusting attitude and place."

"I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. "

"I didn't stay there and I still haven't got my money back I've been staying in my car and Expedia you're not giving my money back either and cash that was saying 45 days like I need my money back I would not stay there they're saying they wanted a $60 deposit after I paid $128 for two nights at 2:00 in the morning and I had to stay in my car to I just got back from getting back from vacation and I have to go to work at 6:00 in the morning so I had to sit in my car for 3 hours instead of getting...

"The room is clean and staff friendly. No problem parking. The restaurant serves great food and the pastries were delicious. Only disappointment was that breakfast was $15.99. The breakfast was no different than other hotels that offer it free. Ssfe and secure place. "

"The hotel was good, but some of the amenities were lacking, example: your room has a full kitchen but they only give you one trash bag, one packet of dish soap. Other than that the hotel, the room was clean, the staff were nice and helpful."
