"This place is incredible! An amazing cliffside setting with direct access to the emerald water of the Mediterranean. However, because of its setting, there are a lot of stairs (not for those who are out of shape). There are 165 steps down to the accommodation from the main road (staff helped with luggage) and another 300 steps down to the water. "First and foremost, Luigi's welcoming hospitality was by far the BEST! He checked us in and also was there when we checked out. This experience was luxury at it's finest. The room was spotlessly clean. We had breakfast while we were there and Mario continued with the exceptional service. Our stay at the The Tre Fontane did not disappoint in the lleast. "My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to one with an ocean view- it was the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The restaurant was incredible and the staff were so attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great staff, beautiful hotel, gym and pool. Pool was heated, jacuzzi outside was also heated. Our room is lovely. It had a couch and a full view of the ocean. It was an upgraded room."

"Magnificent location. Staff were very helpful and very professional. There was some ambiguity about our room booking. I thought we were getting a room with a balcony, but we only got a room with a window. Management said the class of room I booked included either a window or Juliet balcony or balcony, and that this info was made clear to Expedia before Expedia listed then on their site. I don't recall seeing anything to this effect on Expedia. So something went admiss there..."
