"A lovely chalet style hotel tucked up in the mountains near lake ledro. Not all of the staff speak English but it was easy to check in and find out all of our amenities. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had good options. The only negative was that the towels were threadbare but this is to be expected at the end of the season. We would definitely stay here again "

"Along with other hotel guests, we had an unprecedented issue on our final night staying at this hotel, when a freak hail storm severely damaged our hire car. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere. The reception staff worked tirelessly all day with no breaks, keeping guests updated on the status of our tow trucks, and in our case speaking Italian on the phone to the tow truck...

"The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. "Unser 5 Aufenthalt im Ilma. Wie immer sehr schön. Zimmer und Bäder sind inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ists ok und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist allerdings unbezahlbar.
