Khách sạn Ugena

"Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. The location was ideal to walk to everything!"

"Beautiful place, excellent staff. We found that the shampoo bottle had been used and the coffee pot didn't work."

"Amazing hotel!"

"The stay was nice, bed was a bit hard but still slept really well. Nice and spacious. Great hub if you don't want to stay in the busy areas but definitely takes a bit to get around to main attractions. Parking included was great. Would recommend not allowing smoking in front of doors as the lobby then smells of smoke. Also please include water in the room."

"Great location in the middle of it all, at a great price. The breakfast included was amazing! Will certainly come back."

"The hotel has an unbelievable location at 2 blocks walking from Sol, Grand Via and Callao metro stations. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance, shopping, Calle Fuencarral, Chueca, Mercado San Anton, etc. Hotel staff is very attentive, rooms are well designed and maintained, beds are great, breakfast is superb with great attention from the staff in spite of a very busy week with lots of people. In summary, one of the best hotel stays when in Madrid!"

"Me quedaría de nuevo en este hotel, aunque tiene algunos detalles como falta de directorio interno y cocinera sin instrumentos, el personal es amable, el desayuno muy bueno, la habitación cómoda y está muy bien situado caminando a varios paseos turísticos."

"Good service, better location!"

"Very clean, modern and friendly hotel. My only complaint was the bar was very limited and closed at 21:30. This was quite frustrating as there was nowhere very close by so you are a bit isolated. Also the vending machine didn't work properly. I arrived late at night and wanted to get a sandwich."
