"Great stay! The property was beautiful, modern, and very clean. It’s within walking distance of Universal Epic Universe, which made our visit incredibly convenient. One of the best perks was the included one-hour early park admission—it was an amazing bonus and definitely worth it. "The only positive of this hotel is the lobby. Other than that, the room was not clean. Our king bed had a red stain on the sheets, the bunk beds had sheets with holes in them. "When arriving they did not have the room we booked which was the pool view. Had to settle for a different view. After getting assigned a room the AC did not work and had to get a technician to repair. Room did not get cleaned for 2 days in a row. Front desk assured me that they would correct the issue and never did. Housekeeping inbthe room was poor. I would hate to relive the stay by explaining the it all over again. To make a long story short the stay here was very disappointing."
