"館内工事中の影響だったもしれないが水回りが全然だめ!宿泊出来る状況ではない!シャワー出ない、カランの水も出ない、トイレの水も出ない。初日チェックインの時、スタッフから小一時間程で直るとのことだったから外出して戻ると水チョロチョロ!結局その日は我慢して寝たが翌日の朝は直っており安心して外出。戻るとすべてが又全然 出ない。フロントへクレームを言うと待ってくれ待ってくれと言うばかり。そのうちバケツとタンクに水を入れて持ってきてこれでトイレを流してほしいと言われ呆れ帰った。その日は結局シャワーも出来ず寝たため翌日のアウトをレイトにしてもらい（勿論チャージ無し）午前中出かけ昼過ぎに戻るとやっと正常に戻ってた。 チェックイン時に全館故障で使用出来ないなら別のホテルを紹介する姿勢が必要。 今までで最悪!返金してほしいくらい。 "
