"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo. I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable. There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"

"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"

"Ottima struttura, stanza pulita, letti comodi, accesso alla piscina esterna non affollata (sebbene ho soggiornato nella settimana di ferragosto), bellissima vista, staff gentile, ottima colazione dolce e salata, insomma tutto perfetto e comodo. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Avevo scelto questa struttura per una sosta lungo il tragitto considerata anche la vicinanza all’autostrada, ma è una oasi di pace e tranquillità dove si può soggiornare anche per più giorni. "

"Amazing location, well maintained, staff is amazing. Rich &yummy breakfast and amazing warm pool. Spa was unique and one of the best I’ve been to. Traveled with a baby and the did above and beyond to accommodate us ❤️ Restaurant was ok (pagoda), a bit pricey and we had better meals outside the hotel. "

"You will simply not find another B&B like this. Federica is like visiting your sister or a kindly friend. She will make you breakfast every morning whatever you like and you can eat it on your cute little balcony. This hotel is very close to the lake and all restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our room had two beds. One was a larger queen sized and one was a single with a memory foam topper. The larger bed had a harder mattress, but I always travel with a foam topper. "The flat is cozy, spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Many good resturants are near the apartment. Its location is good and very close to the sightseeing within 5-10 min walk. The apartment staff Rita customer service is excellent, responsible and very helpful. Without elevator is a concerned for elderly people if they are carrying luggages. Other than that, it is a perfect accommodation."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pietra Campana. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What truly stood out, was the warmth and professionalism of Giovanni who genuinely took care of us, and made us feel home."
