"Lourdes she was an amazing front desk help. She made the call to have me picked up from the airport. She made sure the check in process was smooth and easy. She assisted with many of things. She suggested places to take my kids and it was a hit for them.They had soo much fun at Zapzone. Other staff were okay some didn’t speak at all but it’s okay. Lourdes from the bottom of my heart….You are amazing and I pray you get a big raise and promotion. Quincie Davis"

"The only complaint I have is that in order to get your room cleaned you have to notify the front desk. Putting (or not putting) the notice on the door does not apply. You have the let them know the day before and each day that you want your room cleaned."

"For a 1 night stay before going to the airport this Inn was fine. Very convenient to Airlines Parking which we prefer and the Detroit Airport. This is a older motel showing it"s age, but was clean enough, parking right outside the room door. Restaurant in the Inn was good & also convenient. Check in person (male, name?) was wonderful. Would use this Inn again. "

"This visit was awful. I had my flight cancelled late at night and booked this hotel under the notion (because it was listed on their website) that they had a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport. Well, they don’t, which I realized after waiting outside for over half an hour and trying to call the property 15 different times just to have nobody answer. So, had to pay for an Uber to drive me just to find out the power was out in the building (which would have been nice to know before I booked it...
