"Left elevator was extremely slow when we went there and the 3rd elevator was out of order so they only had one elevator working; we just had to wait a little bit coming and going. Only other thought was their ADA accessible room was complete bare, no decor, no paint, no character, felt minimal and depressing, and the door was extremely heavy and hard to open and closed behind (no way to just leave it open) making getting in and out for a person with any sort of disability so much harder than it...

"Great location and simple check-in. The property was very clean and comfortable, with all the bits you'd need to feel at home. The only issue was the kettle that had a terrible leak, and the coffe machine was loud and tricky to operate."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Vancouver. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always making sure I felt taken care of. The location is fantastic- few minutes walk to 2 different metro stations and bus stops, but in my garden-facing room it was quiet and had a nice view and fresh air. The room was tidy, as it looked in the photos and was very comfortable. For the price I felt the value of location, stylish room and kitchenette was excellent and felt like home.
