"The floor in the room wasn’t clean and the toilet didn’t flush properly. When I called downstairs nobody answered the phone so I had to go down and tell them to send someone up to fix the toilet. It was fixed when I returned later that day. "

"Checked in. Checked the room, mold on the curtains, holes in the wall, dirty floors, went to the office and checked out. Went down the road and spent money on a better hotel. I had better accommodations in Afghanistan. "

"Make sure you book on the Marina side of the building or you can up in a room by a dumpster with horrible highway noise all night…this was a last minute booking only because we arrived early to the city and our resort was sold out for the night. When I went to get ice I was greeted by a pit bull running up to greet me (thankfully he was friendly) might want to tell staff to inform guests with dogs about using leashes on site!! The marina was nice, restaurant at the end of the block had cheap...

"I called the hotel months in advance and multiple times to inquire about early check in, because I was traveling for a bachelorette and we needed to surprise the bride with a decorated room. I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting...

"Unfortunately we were very disappointed in our stay. We checked in around 10 pm and were told we could not get an extra blanket or pillow because housekeeping was gone and the clerk was not able to get the items for us. The tool was decently clean until we found a bug on our pillow, a hole in the wall that made us uncomfortable so I had to stuff tissue paper in it, the toilet seat came off and a picture fell off the wall at 5 am and scared us to death. There was also a sketchy man standing by...

"We walked out and did not stay, paint was pealing off the wall, room was filthy. Food was left in the fridge from previous occupant. Do not say here. The lady at the front was nice tho. "
