"Lovely room with a very comfortable bed. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The room was in a great location in the town.
Only downside was that there was no hot water in the shower, so we had to have cold showers. Fortunately the weather was hot, so a cold shower was not unbearable. But it was a bit of a shock to the system for me, being an old lady."

"The room was clean enough. However, the carpet was very stained, it either needed a good clean or replacing. The curtains matched but were different lengths. As there is no air conditioning the room would have been unbearable without the fan that was provided. We were in room 307 which included climbing 3 flights of stairs. The carpets on the stairs need some maintenance as they are worn through. The hotel must have once been very grand. It is very clean and tidy with very helpful staff....

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"Great little find here! Lovely pub with great atmosphere, food fab with onsite restaurant. The room was really well presented and lovely decor. My room was facing south and west on the hottest day of the year, thankfully the staff provided a fan and there was a well stocked fridge in the room too. Breakfast was continental style in the room in a lovely hamper, plus yogurts, milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would go back again when in the area. Thanks team."
