"From the time we got there it was disappointing when we got to our room bed wasn’t made shower had hairs on the wall and floor and the tile looked like someone put out a couple of cigarettes against the tile on the wall so i wiped it all clean before I could shower went downstairs to explain they said they were sending someone up but didn’t happen until the next day in late afternoon 😡 someone had spit some nasty greenish thick stuff on the wall and it was next to the bed again late in the afternoon they came to wipe it off ! This all after I had gone downstairs to tell them again that morning and specifically told the gentleman at front desk that my wife and I were going to be in the room waiting for a couple of hours and would appreciate it if they would come while we were there! Again waited 2-1/2 hours and no one showed so late in the afternoon I got a text message tgat they were at my room but I had the do not disturb sign on the door! I told them go ahead and go in either way ! We went back tup to shower after five pm that’s when they knocked on the door 😡 then they told me they were going to adjust my price for the room by 50 dollars big deal that same night we opened the bed and pulled the sheets and the mattress protector had blood and poop stains on it so we got grossed out and I called again for someone to come and change it out very very disappointed 😡! "

"Very disappointed,I don’t know how they can say “restaurant” on site,my wife and I are still laughing about that Shuttle was ok,no real issues ,except when your front desk said one of the shuttle’s broke down and when the driver arrived he knew nothing about it.The airport was busy,fully understand that. Lobby is so small and you have a lot of people checking in from the cruise port and at the same time people are checking out is ridiculous!!! Never ever again will we stay here,AND the price for the service is outrageous. Just a quick comment about the rooms. We’ve never stayed anywhere that a hotel/motel washroom makes you leave your clothes on the floor because there are NO HOOKS to put a change of clothes. If you have a family and you don’t want walk it of the room NAKED your clothes will be on the floor We’ve been travelling for about 35 years and honestly this is not how we like to leave a review,I know some people work hard but I can’t explain how very disappointed in this establishment Thanks Larry&Teresa "

"Only issue was only one elevator working so very difficult getting luggage downstairs from 9th floor."

"This was our third year staying at Ocean Sky. A nice small hotel right on the beach. Great location. Restaurants and stores in walking distance, You can walk to Lauderdale by the sea where there are many restaurants bars and shops. The staff is friendly. The tiki hut next store is lively and fun and the food is good."

"This property is beautiful. we have stayed at the Ritz Carlton just down the road and we think this place is better. Very nice restaurant on the ground floor with a great view of the beach.We didn't make it to the roof top, but looks like there is great restaurant up there too. It's also very close to other dining and shopping.the staff were super accomodating and had a rate for a late day check-out. . Rooms were big, open and quiet. We would definately come back."

"I love this place. Great location. Great view. Great food at the rooftop bar. Rooms were very cool. Staff was extremely friendly. Here is my only complaint: I called the day before to let them know I would arrive at 10:30 and would accept any possible early entry. The person I spoke to said they would try. I arrived at 10:30 and they would not let me in my room till 4:01. If you require guests to leave at 11:00, not every room is not ready until 4:00. EVERY hotel let's guests arrive early if they request. Please don't leave an excuse, just fix it on my next stay. Thank you for a wonder experience at your hotel except for that!"
