"Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear...

"Brilliant stay and wonderful staff. Afternoon tea, evening meal and breakfast all were exceptional. I Would highly recommend this venue."

"Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. "I’ve stayed here multiple times. This stay might be my favorite. The staff is incredible. Management deserves accolades!"

"Very clean property, great pub with a fantastic breakfast."
