"The location was nice. The weather in Zurich was hot, in the 80's. So were the rooms. No real Air Conditioning. Hallway was slightly cooler, as was the lobby. Our friends had the same issues in their rooms. I tried to adjust it all different ways. Man at the desk said that's as good as it gets. We would take a cold shower before bedtime and in a couple hours would have a wet pillow from sweat. Cracking open the windows didn't help. Employees were nice. "

To enter the building from the garage, or the main entrance, you need to have a 4 digit code that should be included in the booking confirmation - this code did not come with the confirmation from expedia. The telephone at the keypad from the garage had its cord ripped out of the wall, so it was not usuable to gain entry. Once inside, you had to check-in at a terminal that required the booking code.
