"Check in was easy. Our room was very clean. A/C worked great. Location was great- a very easy walk into downtown Minocqua (just over a mile). The hotel let us park before check in and leave our car on a very busy weekend. Price was great. A solid place to stay in Minocqua! "

"We had a little problem at check in as they weren't aware we were bringing a pet. The clerk was so helpful getting things switched around so we could be in a pet approved room. We were even upgraded to a suite! Customer service went above and beyond and we really appreciated it! Room was comfy and clean. We would for sure stay here again!"

"Very nice, but please add a little counter next to the sink. There was no place to set out toiletries at sink area. Wonderful bed & bedding! Liked that it had a free standing shower and no tub. Dont forget to supply kleenex. Dinner was great. Would have liked to have breakfast available. Beautiful complex! Thank you!"
