"Riu Palace was a beautiful resort to stay at for our 10 day trip. Room has a lot of space, water/beer/drink dispenser in room, daily housekeeping was nice. Bed was not very comfortable for me but did not affect my trip. Entertainment staff were amazing, bar tenders were great, easy walk to beach and monkey bar. "We enjoyed our visit to Westin, staff and concierge service was amazing. Rooms have good working air conditioning, beds are comfortable. Very safe at this resort. Pool and beach are very convenient. Golf course is excellent and beautiful. We used Eric Garcia in the blue Google shirt on the beach for all our Transportation and excursions. He was great communicator and provided excellent service … I high recommend using Eric for all excursions and transportation to and from the airport."

"I like how staffs are friendly and very efforts to communication with us deaf family. My son who is 7 years old and I really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffet. The dinner is amazed. Pool - beautiful and fun when staffs came with activity pool. Looking forward to visit that place someday again in the future. My son wanted share his favorite part; breakfast : Avena and hot chocolate. ( me too), swimming pool, jetski and meet the monkey. And saw many vary beautiful butterflies. Good job ! "

"Tabacón is an incredible resort! The springs is much larger than you would expect, with many beautiful parts to find privacy and relaxation. The drinks are incredible and views are even better. We indulged in a couples volcanic mud massage- and it was the best massage ever! The spa is beautiful, peaceful and worth it! One thing to consider is that it is a 20minute ride to town, so you are pretty much committed to eating at the resort- which is not cheap. Each drink is $15 and meals are $20 ....

"The view from our room was amazing, we had a perfect view of Arenal Volcano when looking out of the window. Transportation was provided when going throughout the facility. Housekeeping was very good at keeping our room clean, and they were nice enough to make towel animals for my daughter. She was very happy to come back to the room to see towel animals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were helpful with all of our needs, from laundry, to transportation, and anything else we needed....
