"Read your email that they sent you because those instructions are really important, this was such a cute place to stay and they really look after you. The bed was super comfortable. The room was super comfortable. The continental breakfast that’s provided a lot of love goes into the room has everything you need? The host is lovely. "We were given a full tour of the boat we had reserved with instructions on how to start the engine to make hot water, starting the furnace, etc. but the number of beds had unexpectedly changed (Cru Houseboats was under new ownership since we booked our stay) and the requirements for operating the boat did not appeal to us so we did not stay there. The staff were extremely helpful in finding a hotel late in the day that was close by. "

"I enjoyed my stay here more than any other place I have stayed in the UK. A wonderful old building done out with Georgian style furniture, only 10 to 15 minutes walk from the city centre.
