"It is a place I would be delighted to revisit on my next trip to Birmingham. The atmosphere was very peaceful, which I greatly appreciated. Entering the building was straightforward, thanks to the provided code. Throughout my stay, I had no need to raise any concerns with the host. "Accommodation was great, clean and newly refurbished with spacious room and good shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Shortage of forks/mugs however in kitchen. Good location near university with lots of nearby buses and train to centre. Accommodation could do better with recycling though and communal lights left on 24 hrs etc. HOWEVER I extended my stay and was NOT given the new door code so was forced to wait for more than 2 hours outside until the ‘emergency’ phone number picked up. "You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. Check in was really easy and good but front door seems to be not closed properly by others so never felt fully safe during my stay. Again it does the job and you get what you pay for "
