"There was lots of hustle and bustle on the main street, but it was quiet once you got to the hotel. The building is quite old and the place a bit dated, but that's part of the charm. Since it's summer, air-conditioning would have been nice (they had lots of fans around the room), but I understand why there is none."

It was not, and we loved the spaciousness of the room. The location of this hotel is a perfect starting point for a walking day in Paris. Reception was super friendly and helpful. Use their airport shuttle! "

"We like the charm of the hotel, and the staff is very attentive. The room is uniquely decorated. The neighborhood is great if you can walk it, plus there are plenty of dining options. Our room, located on the 5th floor, had only a tub, and we prefer showers. You can shower in that tub, but it's awkward, and water spills onto the floor. That is the only thing I did not like. I would stay there again for sure. The lack of a dedicated shower (in our room, I think other rooms have showers) is...
