"Booked the premium double and out room was on the 16th floor. Absolutely gorgeous in a great part of town, would definitely stay again :)
Staff were lovely, got water in the room and some Nespresso coffee! Also a fridge in the room which was ideal on a very hot bank holiday.
Couldn't recommended enough for a trip to Bristol!"

"Solo female traveller, it was clean & comfy.
Best nights sleep I’ve had in a while actually.
Bit of a pain paying for car park in morning rather than at check in as it took a while for internet to connect. Car park is a squeeze but again not a major issue.
Staff were lovely too."

"The room is best described as a hotel pod!
Very tiny, best suited for solo travellers for sure! Not suitable for tall people lol as our room at least was only 6 feet wide and the bed was the full of it. The bathroom did not have a closing door so no privacy at all for someone using the bathroom. The glass sliding door does not fully close.
The room was clean. Staff were friendly.

"Everything was great! The room was as soundproof as could be everything was clean, the room temp was brilliant, considering we were in a heat wave the room was a cool 19 °.
If I had to gripe about anything it would be that there wasn't any hash browns on the breakfast bar for 2 days.
The staff do go beyond what's expected of them"

"Modern design but fairly basic hotel. Harbourside location, good for sightseeing, shopping and evening entertainment. Walking distance to both the Hippodrome and Beacon theatres. "Room size was ok, but really basic, no safe in the room. Bathroom was a poor lit pod. No fan. Air is not AC, just a cooling system that leaked in the middle of the night so water drops will keep you wake. Good location close to station, friendly staff, but would not stay here again."

"Approximately 10 minutes drive to centre of Bristol and with good parking (£3.50 for 24 hours if staying). Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are very clean and rooms are very large but the hotel could do with some tlc and looking very tired. Ideal however for a short stay"
